Conditions for returns and refunds

We take every possible precaution with our products, but in the unlikely event that they are damaged or defective, we will be happy to exchange or return the product within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us by email (tmc-shopifyshop@tmc1972.com) first.

We do not accept returns for customer convenience. Please make sure of the color, size, standard, and specifications before purchasing.
This is a hygienic product, so please understand that we do not accept returns after the product arrives, even if it is unopened.
